Applied online and received a phone call the same day , by a different person for a different store , who sounded irritable to be speaking with me, requesting an interview the next day. Interview with someone from management who seemed like he never interviewed before. Kept over talking me and wasn’t confident in himself to be interviewing candidates. The whole interview was awkward.

Smooth, easy, and fast. They interviews me at a banquet so it was a different experience than the traditional interview. It was fun and I got to meet the employees that were already working for Target which made me feel more comfortable on my first day.
