3-4 Phone screens, behavioral questions. Invited for an in-person interview with District Team Leader. They asked hard questions and had specific expectations. Felt like interview questions were set up to falter applicants.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.

I had an on-campus interview. They asked to expand upon my resume and then followed into some behavioral questions. Got asked back for a second interview at the district headquarters, which also consisted of behavioral questions,
