Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Minneapolis, MN) en oct. 2017

Met them at a school career fair. They called me a month later to set up an on campus interview for the next day (very short notice). The on campus interview was nice. I liked talking to the guy. He asked basic resume questions and general tech questions. A few weeks later, I was invited out to Minneapolis. The on site interviews were fine. Two 30 minute interviews each. One was behavioral. One was technical. They said they would get back to me in 2-3 weeks. My recruiter did not respond to follow up emails. After 3+ weeks, I reached out to a different recruiter to ask why my recruiter was not responding. I got a call the next day with a rejection.

There was a recruiter phone screening, then a final video interview with the recruiter giving a short presentation about the company, followed by several rounds of interviews with engineers (both behavioral and technical questions).
Received offer after internship. Easy conversion to full time after doing well enough during their summer internship, had to meet their benchmarks. Got summer internship from university campus recruiting where the questions asked on-campus were behavioral and not that challenging either.

First step: Recruiter interview. Next: two technical interviews with senior engineers, either by phone or onsite. Final interview was with a senior engineer. The entire process was positive for me. I really felt connected to their company culture, and unlike other companies, I was respected by these engineers. I got 5 offers out of graduation and I chose Target because they treated me with respect and their engineers fit the culture that I am looking for.
