J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Minneapolis, MN) en nov. 2011
Entretien
Interview process consisted of a first round interview on campus, and a final round interview at Target Headquarters in Minneapolis.
The first round interview was 30 minutes, in which I was asked 4 behavioral questions. I then had time to ask questions.
I was notified on the phone that I was invited to Minneapolis for a final round interview. The HR recruiter told me which specific Business Analyst role I was slated for, to which I agreed.
The Final round interview consisted of an entire day of learning about the company, role, culture, expectations, benefits, and the city of Minneapolis.
Was notified 1 business day after the interview with an offer.
