J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Warner Robins, GA) en avr. 2015

The hiring process was quick. I wanted to work on the sales floor, but they didn't have any open positions so I settled on being a cashier, since I had experience with that anyways. I had the front end manager call me for an interview, then I came in store for another interview. Both the managers were very nice, and the hiring manager, Ms. Vickey, is so so sweet. She's the heart of the store.
Another huge part of your job is getting guests to sign up for RedCards, do you think you can educate every guest and meet your goal in this part of your job?
Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
