J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (San Antonio, TX) en juill. 2013
Entretien
The interview process is pretty easy. You get two interviews back to back with a team lead, both of which are typically about 15 minutes on average. They ask you to come into their office and usually start the interview right away because they are trying to get back to whatever they were doing before you came along. The questions they ask are super simple, like "what is one of your biggest strengths?" After you're done with both of your interviews, you will speak with HR and they will go over how much they can offer you hourly.

Question 1
What would you say is one of your biggest weaknesses?
It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Question 1
If you were a break in the wall where would you be
Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
