Phone interviews went great. Took some online assesments before arriving in MLPS. Quickly flown into Mips to have 1/2 day with a hiring agency and 1/2 day on site at Target head quarters. Passed everything with flying colors except with the hiring agency part I guess. The instructions on how to prepare were not good and I did not know what was going on.
