This was an internal interview. When applying internally for a team lead position the process is pretty straight forward. You have three separate interviews with the ETLs. One with ETLHR, one with the STL and one with the ETL in the department you are trying to be a team lead in. Each interview session consists of 5 situational questions, some of which are essentially reworded in the other interviews. There are also several other questions such as "why do you want to be a team lead?" and "what do you know about this position?" All I have to say is do your research about the position! Don't just apply for it to be a team lead and not know what you would be doing every day. If you successfully pass the ETL round then you would potentially go on to interview over the phone with the District Team Lead. It is the DTL who will sign you off to be a team lead.
