I applied online for an Exec. Administrative Assistant position at Target HQ. I was contacted the same day by HR recruiter for Target and we scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview took place 2 days later, took about 40 minutes. This interview consisted of salary desired, why I am leaving my current job, what my skills are, experience and about 5-6 behavioral questions She contacted me a week later to tell me she has another position in mind for me to apply for (same title, different department). She said there are some things happening internally, sorry about how long this is taking we will get back in touch with you in a week. Two weeks later, she called and wanted to set up a 1:1 interview and skills test at HQ. My itinerary included: Skills test 45 minutes(spelling, grammar, basic math, vocabulary, and personality). 1:1 with HR Director 30 minutes, behavioral questions 1:1 with VP Admin. 30 minutes, behavioral questions 1:1 with Exec. i would be working for, 30 minutes, behavioral questions
