The Target interview felt professional and conversational, focusing on behavioral questions, customer service scenarios, teamwork, and adaptability, while clearly explaining work culture, expectations, and role responsibilities. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free process that assessed my attitude, communication skills, and readiness to handle real workplace situations effectively.

Question 1
They mainly asked how I would handle a difficult customer while staying calm, polite, and focused on solving the problem.
Met them at the Career Fair at my University, everyone was really nice, talked to a few other people at a private reception for students with interviews. There was only one round of interviews (which were on campus) and it was behavioral in nature. We went over my resume and then she asked five questions. Pretty straight forward.

She asked me about doing a large Excel project, but since I was pretty early into my major track I had never done a particularly large project in Excel at that time.
