Walked in, met senior employees. Was grilled on algorithms for approximately 1 hour. I was then asked to describe previous products that I engineered. The previous projects required discussion on implementation, difficulties and overall architecture. I explained asynchronous programming, and this went down very well. Ultimately I found the process engaging, and I did learn a lot from speaking with the team.
