I submitted an application online and received a call a few weeks later for a phone screen. Afterwards I was brought in to meet with 6 people. When they first told me I would be meeting with 6 people I was pretty overwhelmed, but during the interview I felt very comfortable with everyone. They were all very friendly and asked me different questions so I didn't feel like I had to repeat myself. I submitted a writing test before hand which we went over as well. Writing tests are very standard for technical writer interviews and I thought the one they gave me was great because it gave me an opportunity to show how I could improve their existing content.
