I applied online and it took them 6 days to respond. I first had an interview with a lady in Human Resources. She then forwarded me to the hiring manager at the hospital in Carrollton. I interviewed with two hiring managers. Said it would take 2-3 weeks to respond. But I got a job offer the next day. The interviews were great, and I got to tour the emergency room.

I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. They were most concerned about my availability and what I thought I could bring to the company. They ask you about what you plan on doing in your future I think to grasp how long you are planning on staying at Tanner. They ask about what you do in your free time. Overall it was pretty laid back.
