The interview process wasn't difficult, but it was work.
During the process, they are looking for both your technical knowledge as well as your cultural fit.
I started off with a 30 min call with the recruiter that reached out to me via Linked In. She was incredible and did everything she could to make the process smooth for me, including tips on how to be successful at every stage.
The second step was an online quiz where they gauge your knowledge on certain topics. Be honest if you don’t know something. This comes into play later.
The third step was an interview with the Hiring Manager or the Regional VP. Here they asked your typical Behavioral Questions you would hear in every interview as well as basic technical questions. Again, culture is important. This manager will be your direct boss and will be looking to see if you can hold a conversation with them. See it more as a “get to know you” kind of thing. Make it fun. Interact, Be straightforward on your answers.
The fourth stage was a Technical Panel with 3 TAMs at Various Levels for 90 minutes. They were great. They asked me questions about the online quiz as well as follow up questions based on those topics. Again, be honest if you don’t know. They are not looking for you to beat around the bush. They might also ask situational questions / troubleshooting questions.
The fifth stage you get access to Tanium itself. You have a homework assignment you must complete in a week. This gave me an opportunity to learn the platform and create what they asked for. I probably spent about 12 hours total on this step (You shouldn’t take that long but I was just taking my time learning the ins and outs).
The sixth stage will be two 30 min interviews with higher level people in the company (VP/SVP). Here they are looking to see if you are a cultural fit. The Technical Panel was pretty much as technical as it got.
Once you get through those you are through. The whole process took about 2.5 months. I am exhausted but also very proud of myself for getting through it. This is how you know they hire quality people.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Focus on the quiz they give you. That's what you need to know in the technical interviews.
For the behavioral be able to explain your current job, what you do, and some difficult projects you've worked on. Cookie cutter stuff.

Lengthy and difficult but very fun. I particularly enjoyed the hypothetical troubleshooting scenarios and the 3-person tech panel. White it was tough, it was one of the most enjoyable and interesting interview processes I've been through in my career.

Question 1
A slew of probing technical questions centered around experiences and proficiencies which I'd listed on my resume.

Around 6-7 interviews with different people (HR, Tech, Sales, Mgmt,) Very good experience overall, nice people, interesting discussions. Advise: prepare as much as you can the tech panel interview (most important one).

Don’t waste your time. They will push you along the interview process which is 9 rounds and even if you are doing well, will reject you for no apparent reason. During the interview process nobody is there to guide you and if you try to contact the recruiter they will ghost you. They will not offer you feedback after pouring close to 60 hours of time, and the management is condescending. For some reason the interviews felt like they were a witch-hunt, quizzing you till you fail.
