Tanium has multiple phone rounds before an onsite interview. This is great because you don't have to travel and miss work until you've passed 3 or 4 rounds. As for the interviewing process: 1st phone screen is with a hiring manager and is mainly behavioral and background based questions. You'll then have 2-3 technical phone screens with leetcode medium type questions (similar to what you'll see at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.). If you make it to an onsite interview you'll have a couple of meetings with Senior Management to discuss your background and to ask questions about Tanium, you'll have a coding interview, lunch, and an interview with someone from HR/recruiting to ask any benefits type questions. Overall it was a great experience. Coding and behavior questions are in line with what I saw while interviewing at some of the big-name tech companies. As another person wrote in her review, there were no dumb trivia type questions nor language-specific questions.
