I was recruited through my university's co-op program and had an on-campus interview with one of the company's principals. It basically played out like a casual conversation. I'm guessing he was only gauging if I would be a 'fit' for Tangibl's office atmosphere. The guy I talked to was an alum, so we talked about the history of our mechanical engineering department, and somehow got onto the topic of how I studied French for some years.

Very smooth process through on campus interviewing. Applied online and received an email granting an interview. Spoke with two people for about an hour. Heard back about a week later confirming I had gotten the job.
