I applied online. A week later I got an email from the recruiter and answered a few questions. A few days later was emailed and invited to an in person interview with 2 managers and the VP of the operations department. The interview process was really casual and laid back. Basically had a conversation with the managers and the VP about my experiences and why Tamarac. A week later got a call for an offer and accepted.
