Entretien
First-round was a video interview on scenario-based Customer Success questions. The second round was with an organizational consultant for deep dive into the experience, role fitment, etc. The third and fourth rounds were with the COO and CEO respectively.
While they were nifty at scheduling calls, I did not hear back about the final decision from the recruitment team. It doesn't take a lot of logical reasoning to guess the outcome but this was quite shocking given that they are a talent assessment company. Communication of feedback and the final result is something an interviewee looks forward to the most and there was no email or call from the team which was extremely disappointing given that I had put in over 6 hours of my time for the interviews.

A company which helps other companies in the interview processes have a very bad interview process for themselves. Got interviewed on the app and never got prompt updates but they kept delaying saying it's on hold as they have new CTO/CSM head with a new vision.
