GHOST??? I met with the recruiter then the hiring manager and was told that (part-time role) if it didn't work out they would consider keeping my name on file to help out and assist with projects on an as-needed basis, which I was ok with. Next thing I know, week/s go by and I email the recruiter asking for an update. No response. I email again, adding the hiring manager. Again no response. It's now been month/s and still nothing. So unprofessional and messed up. Don't expect good talent if you can't even keep up with those who spend the time to have conversations with you. So rude and disreputable.
