They don't even know what they are looking for, you have to go through am AI interview, then a written assessment, then a interview with RR.HH, the with the manager and more steps. The Product Analyst Manager joined 15 minutes late saying she was going to cancel the meeting, but since I was there she had to continue. She said we had to move super fast beacuse she didn't have time (then why schedule the meeting?). She kept answering messages, not paying attention. Didn't have any idea of my CV, kept asking the same questions I already answered because she was to busy answering messages to even pay attention to what I was saying. Made me repeat my professional experience 4 times and still, didn't pay attention. I overall bad experience.
