The process consisted of three interview stages. The first was AI-based, and the second was with the Regional Account Manager for APAC, which was professional, focused, and efficient.
Interaction with HR throughout the process was unfortunately disorganized and unclear, with a lack of consistent communication. For a company operating in the HR space, this was particularly surprising.
The third stage was intended to be with the VP of Global Business Operations; however, this step fell significantly below expectations, with multiple last-minute cancellations and rescheduling attempts, ultimately resulting in no interview and no follow-up or feedback.
As a result, while the interaction with the APAC team was strong and professional, the overall experience was undermined by poor coordination and a lack of respect for the candidate’s time.

My experience with Talkpush's AI interview was extremely disappointing. The AI repeatedly asked the same questions several times, interrupted my answers before I could finish, and then restarted with the exact same questions. Instead of evaluating my responses, it felt like I was stuck in a loop.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that I contacted the team afterward to report the issue and received no response.
As someone with extensive experience in business development and partnerships, I understand the importance of user experience and client trust. If this is the experience candidates are having, it raises serious concerns about the platform's effectiveness and its ability to deliver value to employers and job seekers alike.

Question 1
The problem wasn't the specific question. The AI interview kept repeating the same questions multiple times, interrupted my answers before I could finish, and then restarted the same questions again. As a result, I was unable to complete a normal interview experience or properly demonstrate my qualifications.
Through WhatsApp. Questions regarding language and past experiences. When I track the situation, it gave answer accordingly.
It also has some questions the candidate should send voice recording. There are two in mine. Also, location has been asked.
