People Culture Talent reached out to me and asked me for an interview, to which I happily agreed. It went well and I got the 2nd interview with the Hiring Manager, which also went well and we had a great conversation. I was given a Technical Assessment to which I failed. I asked the lady from People Culture Talent as to why I failed and where I failed to meet their expectations so that I could do better in the future. I was ghosted and my emails and recent responses were not responded to. Shame on you People Culture Talent! And shame on the gal who never responded to me!

Question 1
What skills did you develop over the years at your current position and how do you think it will bring benefit to Talk Further?
I applied online and someone from People Culture Talent reached out for an initial screening. The recruiter asked basic questions about my background and skills. They also shared more about the company and the position. After the initial screening I had an interview with the hiring manager which went well. I thought we had a great conversation and really connected. At the very end of our conversation I asked what the rest of the interview process would look like and they mentioned that next steps would be a technical assessment and that they would reach out to the recruiter to set this up. I didn't receive any communication after this. No communication regarding a technical assessment and no form of rejection, just silence. It seems like this is a common trend with this company and the recruiting agency they work with.
