Assessment Day held in the Birmingham office by a separate Recruitment Company. 3 stages of group activities were held throughout the day, very chilled and relaxed. 2 sets of elimination were carried out by separating the groups and telling one half to go. Got through to the final stage which was a 2 minute presentation about why I should be hired. Out of more than 10 people I was one of 4 they asked to come for a drink afterwards. Got asked to come back the following day for a formal interview. The rest is history!
