I was contacted 2 days after I submitted application by a very friendly HR rep via email, who said she would "love" to interview with me. We scheduled a phone interview for the next day. Disappointingly, she was a no-show. I reached out after waiting 30 min and she got back to me later that day, apologized and asked to reschedule for next day. She was, yet again, a no-show after waiting 30 min. Both times were confirmed by her in email. Not sure what the point of wasting an applicants time like this but it didn't leave a good impression.
