Typical coding design questions. There are product and program rounds too.Expected tougher questions. Leadership questions were lacking too. Panel appeared not prepared for questions and expecting cookie cut answers. Would not recommend.

Entretien
First round was a Hangout Interview to get to know me better from the TA Lead.
Second was an InterviewBit test (for Backend Engineer)
Third was a call with an Engineering Leader in India.
The team were then busy with a product launch, and they gave an update only 2 weeks after the third round.
Looks like they aren't sure about what this Engineering Manager role wants to do. They are in the initial phases of building team here in Bangalore, and they are yet to get clarity on what they are looking for, in an EM.
If they are looking to hire Leaders, they will first require to define the role well, give proper feedback and updates to folks interviewed for Leadership positions.

Terrible interviewing experience. The recruiter was biased in their assessment of the Engineering Manager role based on a previous encounter. The process was not fair and found it interesting that the recruiter was able to assess Engineering Management capabilities whithout any technical assessment.
