good. 3 steps, i was called by phone and asked to come for the 1 st interview, and after the phone call we did interview. overall was good. and 2 step was in the office to answer some questions

typing, and communication, listening skills, technical questions
Took around two hours. Pleasant manager. Told about the company and the position. Very casual, no stress. Included some logic and basic math tests. Some questions about previous experience and future goals.
