Contacted TWIST via email to apply for Sales Associate position. Received a call within a week's time to interview at their location. Set up date and time for interview. Interviewed with Manager and Assistant Manager of store. People were nice when I came in and they met with me right away. We went to a private location and I was asked about 15 general interview questions (ie. Tell me about a time you were late. What did you?) Both parties from the store seemed nice, but were dressed a bit casually for the place of employment and an interview. After a few days, they called me to offer me the position I had applied for and I accepted, to start approximately 1.5 weeks later. They don't seem to be very discriminating in who they choose for these positions. If you can dress in nice attire, smile, and are personable, you will likely get the job.
