Online application form, then online test, then assessment day with other applicants where you have various discussions and a 1 to 1 interview with one of the recruiters. If you are successful at this step, you get added to the talent pool and they give you a start date as soon as they can

Really nice and friendly experience! Actually one of the nicest interviewing processes to be honest - definitely felt heard and welcomed. The interviewers were lovely and came across very human and it was a relaxed environment.
