I had an informal call first with HR, then a competency based interview with 2 hiring managers where I prepared a case study presentation too. Finally I had a last face to face chat with the solid line manager and HR to discuss further details. There was a personality test before I came in for that final meet. It was pretty average, but informal enough to make you feel comfortable and gave a good sense for the business.
