Applied online through their website and then I got prompted to complete the online assessment. Received a phone call from the branch and arranged a telephone interview. Asked a few questions.

Online assessment followed up with a telephone interview, then through to an online teams interview which included a numeracy test, I felt the online teams interview made me feel less anxious and more relaxed.sadly no email or phone call with a follow up of outcome (successful or unsuccessful which for me was quite rude)considering how far you get.

Entretien
I arrived and wasn't seen for quite a while as there seemed to be a backlog. One person was conducting the interviews and I was told by them they would be doing many more hours of this after mine. We had a chat first, then I was asked questions and then finished off with the financial test.
