Very easy. The review was quite casual and was held with a panel of three people. All were very friendly, and at no time did I feel intimated or nervous. Questions mostly centered around my CV, and the few that didn't were just very basic general questions asking to explain some simple programming terms. Lasted around 30mins.

The process here is very simple, they short listed the CV and a panel of experts interview the person. The panel involves your to be line manager, hr manager an expert of your field and probably two other professional with research and innovation background.
