they scripted the interview. standardized questions. a panel is present. the process ius extremely drawn out now. it can take months (like 6) to get an offer and then the training is a few months too before you on board by yourself.
The interview process was pretty easy. Most of the questions are situational questions. Make sure you use the STAR method because this how they will grade you on your interview. Search up STAR method on YouTube and that’ll help.
