4 rounds of interview with no offer , we doing 4 interviews and after that claiming that the reason is that all the interviewers has problem with my communication skills and there was a typo in my Resume ( have you not seen this from the beginning ) , I think I was racially profiled in my last interview as I was asked about my origins .. I have the sufficient technical and personal skills to do the Job as I did a very similar Job for 2 years .. horrible experience… apparently top management decision that have no clue about how the previous interviews went , if you are not serious about hiring font waste people time and don’t give absurd reasons for not moving forward
