I applied online and they contact me with an invitation interview. I meet there the head of the department and the supervisor of this position and the HR head. thee did not ask to prepare any presentation. the environment was friendly and we introduce ourselves afterward the technical interview has started. The questions were not so hard.

They asked about my ground and previous experience and the knowledge that I have in their scope of work. They reviewed my cv and ask about the mentioned sections there. What can I do for the company and if I have any background about the department that I am gonna be hired in?
Online Gespräch. erstes kennenlernen viel über den Lebenslauf gesprochen und was man schon alles in seinem leben erlebt hat. dann wurde viel über die stelle erzählt. und am ende gefragt ob man sich die Arbeit vorstellen kann.

Motivation bei Trumpf zu arbeiten, einige (leichte) Fachfragen, Vorstellung der Abteilung und der Aufgaben, Eigenen Lebenslauf erläutern, Viele Rückfragen zu bisherigen Stationen und Motivation hinter dem Weg, der gegangen wurde.

Sehr nettes Gespräch, über das Telefon. Möglich wäre auch Skype gewesen, da war man sehr flexibel. Anfangs kleine Einführung und Vorstellung ihrerseits. Tätigkeit und Team wurde kurz umschrieben und vorgestellt.
Abfrage über den Lebenslauf, dennoch sehr detailliert. Typische Personaler Fragen.
