Two Zoom interviews with hiring staff and then the head of marketing followed by a design task to be completed over a weekend. Design task included three social media tasks including post imagery, story and an animation. Following the completion of 3 social media tasks which I used my free time over the weekend to complete and invested my time in the interviews, they didn't have the common courtesy to let me know that I wouldn't be progressing in the interview process. I emailed them asking for an update to be ignored. So disrespectful!
