I had two phone interviews, first with recruiter, second with hiring director. We we interviewed approximately 20 to 25 minutes. I would say the interview went good and she stated I would receive a call back within a week. 3 weeks came and gone I left a message for a return call however everything went radio silent. Since the director did assure me I would receive a call back either way they should have followed through. Not very good business
