I applied online and had a couple of phone interviews with a graduate from the same uni as me. I was offered a face to face interview which compromised of a fairly easy maths test (for a maths student), a problem solving interview, a programming challenge and a face to face interview where they asked me general questions and we had a debate. They offered me the place after the debate.
