there were two stages and since my location was in Japan, i had to interview both in Japanese and English. They told me that for the most of my workload i would be using Japanese as there are many Japanese customers but the entire training process was going to be offered in English; that's why they had to test my language proficiency. Also, there were a few role plays to test your problem solving skills. If you have a previous customer service experience especially in travel industry, it wouldn't be a problem. Just a simple over-booking kind of situation and how a rep would explain and guide our customer. Most people would go through with no problem because this industry is always short on people.
