It was nice. But then.. the English test system still deemed me as failed and the sound recording system does seem to have an issue no matter on phone and on laptop, it seems really small and I'm concerned. Hopefully they will check what is going on before proceeding to hire more. The test is quite easy for me , just like the one I took in high school but then .. yea. Thanks for the time again . I did test my record system right after and my voice is definitely not tiny.
Interview was easy 2-3 easy question but they completely misrepresented the job. They do not tell you up front you have to take and pass a personal lines licensing test and if you fail you are terminated.

They asked how many years customer service experience I have. They claim the job is just customer service however you have to pass a personal lines licensing exam that is very difficult to pass and they are not transparent to tell you if you fail the test you are terminated.

Entretien
The interview process was great. I was handled by a professional interviewer and able to answer all her questions. My experience with the TP has been good and I expect nothing but a good work environment.
