It's disorganised. Sometimes you can get an unplanned call from the HR team or if you're lucky, you get paired with Hubert, a chat AI. If you get the unplanned call, they ask a series of questions that would have been better suited for a Zoom interview. Then heavy focus is placed on the type of papers you have and where you live. Even though they advertise roles in multiple locations, heavy emphasis is usually on Lisbon.

Entretien
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
