Rapido, y como en gran volumen; casi como comida rapida. Piden pruebas de antidoping, e informacion medica sensible, que no estoy segura que sea constitual. Si cumples con las caracteristicas, quieren que empiezes ayer, lo Cual entendi ya estando dentro, las condiciones laborales hacen que haya rotación de empleados constante. La entrevista es fácil, lo difícil es soportar estar dentro mas de 6 meses.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
