It was a smooth interview process; my interviewee is kind, and she's politely asked me some questions regarding my personality. Also, I feel confident answering the questions because my interviewee always reminds me to be myself.

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal
