Was long.. had to take computer test and learn customer service skills. It was easy though. They had to test you to see how fast you can type and to see how well is your listening skills.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
