A phone interview. An assessment. Another phone interview the same day. The phone interview is very simple to begin with- what would you do in a situation your system fail in the middle of a call/ the phone line drops etc? Its hard to get questions like this wrong. A bit of personal talk about myself and that was that. I was offered to attend the assessment. The assessment was ridiculously easy. It took about 1-2 hours. It contained different tasks to be done in different time frames. Simple adding/subtracting, picking out spelling mistakes, circle the matching sequence(!). There was a listening test too and that was that. There was 3 other people doing the assessment that day. After the assessment I got a phone call. There was another small interview process about why I want the job, this lasted about 20 minutes and then I was offered the job.
