They have very demanding process and it was like passing an english test. I am not sure I performed well but they told me that I did. I am not sure If they are telling the truth. They gave me the feeling that they want me but they offer very low salary for my skills. I asked for future expectations but they do not provide relevant information. They tried to convince me that it is a very good opportunity despite the lownsalary. I feel it is something fishy but I cannot tell.

The questions was mainly around custom services and managing difficult customers.
Online assessment then Virtual Office zoom meeting. Then they let you know whether you passed the assessment before onboarding you. If you didn't pass the assessment you are invited after 30 days to retake the assessment.

Did get to interview since you have to pass assessment first.
The interview process was online which included typing, listening and reading test. Also analytical questions as well. All these sections are time bound. Once you complete the assessment and are successful. The offer letter is sent within a day.

The interview was easy to understand and they did respond and communicate with each step of the process to let me know my progress. I was hired within 5 days of submitting my application.
