Selection process took one month, but that was because they lost some information so we repeated it. First phone interview, informed about in advance via email. Standard questions about you, what would you do in some hypothetic situations, what can you bring to the company (30-45 min). Then someone calls you in your native language to check if you speak language which you will support (10 min talk about weather, how are you and description of a position). Than you receive email with salary and other conditions. After replying that you agree with those, you receive another call in English where guy explained about company and job position tasks. Then there is an assessment that checks knowledge needed for a position (in my case technical knowledge). Then you get a call where they tell you if you got the job and details about work start.
