The Process is Excellent they Ask Questions Related in the Job and some question are quite intetesting and very challenging. I am Satisfied with my Interview because i share and answer honestly that i can help the company to provide a customer satisfaction trully knowing what they want and what thr need.

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal

It went well I've answer the question ,Also the interviewer gave a feedback base on my answer to a certain question , she gave also gave a bit information about what is ecommerce account
