Initial interview - tell me more about yourself question and provide answer to the question what does quality mean to you or probably any question that is related to the word "quality"
Final interview - introduction(different from tell me more about yourself). behavioral question and situation question(its easy if you have call center experience).
be honest to your answer because interviewers are trained to catch you off guard.
if they are satisfied with your answers in the final interview.. a call simulation will check how you handle the call.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
