Great and easy to talk to you. Not many difficult questions but the test before the interview can be challenging but as long as you pass it’s fine. The lady that called me I was really welcomed and helped me through in and out for everything.

very lengthy process, they kept me up to date throughout proving difficult to prove who i am had to go in to Manchester office with documents they were very nice while i was there

Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir vorher gesagt welche Fragen(nicht alle aber 2/3) sie stellen wird und mir geraten mich darauf vorzubereiten.
Das habe ich dann natürlich auch gemacht und das hat mir sehr geholfen.
