Overall, the process was fast, smooth and structured. Standard interviews- initial and account specific interviews and online competency tests.
First, I underwent the initial interview along with 3 other applicants. Questions did not deviate from the contents of our resume. I passed and moved on to the skills tests. We did online typing and basic grammar exams. Afterwards, the final interview was conducted wherein a series of questions on commitment, skills and related information was asked of us. All interviews are done in groups of 4. After a half-day of tests and interviews, I immediately received a job offer- which I accepted.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
